Tim Weiner is the Head of the Aluminum Pricing and Risk Management Unit.

He came to HARBOR from the Molson Coors Beverage Company (MillerCoors & SABMiller), where he was, among several other vital roles, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all financial risk management & hedging strategies for their global portfolios. He is a current member of the London Metals Exchange Physical Markets Committee and has over 25 years of risk management, asset management and trading experience.

Jesus is Head of Global Aluminum Scrap Intelligence, along with Mexico and Latin America Aluminum Analysis for HARBOR Aluminum.
He is regularly invited to share HARBOR´s Aluminum scrap and secondary market insight with secondary smelters, extruders, rolling mills, scrap dealers, and scrap traders in the United States, Europe and Latin America.

Jesus started in 2001 as a macroeconomic analyst for HARBOR intelligence. In 2006, he became an Aluminum Market Analyst for HARBOR Aluminum and, over the past 20 years, has been co-editor and editor of HARBOR´s LME prices, premiums, and industry data reports.

Started his career in 2006 as a financial planning analyst for Alcoa.

In 2008, became commercial liaison for Latin America for Alcoa’s Flat Rolled Products Group. In 2011, became marketing analyst for Alcoa’s Material Management Group. In 2014, joined HARBOR as Senior Aluminum Trade Analyst (slab, billet, PFA, WR and P1020).

Patrick Keating has 18 years of international professional experience, spanning roles across business development, commercial management and market analysis in North America, Asia and Europe.
For the past three years, Patrick was part of the Metal Sourcing and Trading team at Norsk Hydro, where he specialized in European secondary and scrap products. He is currently HARBOR’s European Market Intelligence Lead.

Gerardo Solorio is a Senior Analyst of HARBOR’s Aluminum Intelligence Unit.
He is co-editor of HARBOR’s Price Outlook and Intelligence Reports, specializing in futures prices and industry fundamentals. Gerardo joined HARBOR in 2010 and holds a Master’s degree in Investment Management from Imperial College London.

John Betz is the US Scrap Intelligence Lead for HARBOR Aluminum.

He tracks scrap aluminum pricing and market activity, communicating with smelters, rolling mills, extruders, dealers, traders and processors across the US. He also follows the zorba and cast alloy markets in Asia.

John started in 2015 as an aluminum reporter for Argus Media, specializing in scrap but also covering primary aluminum, billet and cast alloys. He has been with HARBOR since 2023.
